• Initial exam (1 hour) to review your medical history and identify your major symptoms and the diseases that cause them.

• Examinations are available in-person (home or office visits) or via telemedicine.

• Follow-up visits (15 or 30 minutes) to guide you to your proper dose, if needed.

• Individualized treatment plan for one symptom, of your choosing.

• Follow-up report to your healthcare provider, with your permission.

• Dr. Bialek does not accept insurance. Our office will provide a detailed statement for you to submit to your insurance company.

Will you need follow-up appointments?

• The simple answer is "probably." When your doctor starts you on a new medicine, they guide you in finding your right medicine and dosing.
